Re: Harbour Town 3DG

The new 3DG version definitely has serious lighting issues. Not only is the grass WAY over-lighted, you can see two shadows on objects which means there is a glitch somewhere. The grass colors are way off and much to bright. The grid is almost invisible on the greens due to this. The FPS is ...

Nice set up on Walker course

Just a little thumbs up for having a 14 stimp on all(!) rounds on the Walker course this week. :good: It isn't often we see these stimps for obvious reasons. Many courses can't handle them, either because of slopes or pin positions, but on the Walker course it works great. For those who like slick ...

Re: Use of Controllers in PGLS tournies

Just adjust the field/competition to swing type. Controllers with controllers, Clickers w/ clickers and swingers w/swingers. Problem solved. This is something I have been saying for like ever. You can not bunch up everybody together like it is now. To each his own swing group. :clapping: :good:

Re: HOW TO: DISCORD - How to get started and join the PGLS channel

Hi Mike,
me too i have Discord, but i recently installed it from their site. I have not used it yet (as i am using voice chat in Steam at the moment). Should i un-install it and re-install it through the PGLS app? I have Windows 7-pro installed on my PC.
Greets,

Re: Real Time Mouse Swing!

Well Rob, that's what makes JNPG such a fine game. There is something for everybody there. For me, breaking par is more exception than rule as i am around a 4 handicapper but the total thrill of playing eclipses all. People who have played with me know how frustrated it sometimes can get out there ...

Re: Real Time Mouse Swing!

Well, the RTS is indeed a technical marvel to be sure. It's a bitch to master but it's just like the real game: keep at it and you will get better. Mastering it is the illusion.. :hehe: You will never-ever be able to get it right all of the time, but you keep coming back for more. It's truly a great ...

Different tee's!

Nice to see the set up on Harbor Town with other tee's than the same-old-same-old C-tee's! :good: Courses do not necessarily play tougher because of that if the rest of the set up (and weather) is done right. Enjoy Harbor Town (even though I 'lost' my swing there for a while...) A fine course ...

Re: Over Under at Augusta

I will go with under 50 players that finish this event this week. Augusta is one of the hardest courses we have under normal conditions but looking at rounds 3 and 4 and my bet is most players quit and dont finish. I know we setup to stop the 5 percent that tear this game up but the fact is you ...

Re: Over Under at Augusta

I found Augusta to be just about right really: tough but fair. Very playable. Conditions not really extreme as the weather did not justify that (especially on the greens); the course itself was stunningly beautiful and Quade's design a true gem. This is the best Augusta course to date in my book ...
