High Ping and disconnect
Has anyone had problems with high ping and disconnect it only happens when I play a tourney round with another player it doesnt matter who host the game the other player will have ping spikes and disconnect problems off and on tried a few things in steam settings and nothing seems to fix it

Yes, Alan(Riddler0 and I have had some issues with this problem. It seems to happen most when he hosts, but there is no rhyme or reason to it.
Other times things are pretty smooth. We thought it may be a Steam issue, but nothing to pinpoint to.
I would suggest you and your playing partner do a speed test to servers near each other to see if its the internet.

That exactly the same problem it doesnt seem to affect us all the time its very random
