You posted the URL while you were logged in. The actual URL for the general public is: http://simulatorgolftour.com/ . Problem is, there must not be a security certificate for the site. I do not see https, I see http. A secure site will have the "s" after the http just like here at PG and millions of other sites on the Internet.
However. Though many heavily visited sites use https://* they may have links within the site that are only http:// . This is most likely what is happening on the tour site.
*https:// Ensures the protection, integrity, and privacy of the data exchanged between a server and a client (usually a browser). It also authenticates a website and confirms it's trustworthiness.
Examples:
https://www.ted.com/
https://www.virustotal.com
