Just throwing this out but have to tried uninstalling PG and or Steam and reinstalling?

yes tried that first Alan.....just updated drivers today, seems ok now....mite just have to except its gonna happen once in a while, luckily it doesnt give me many penalty points as it mostily crashes when im on next shot say just after the putt and just as player loads up on tee then i get the message....

I know you previously ran sfc /scannow - Have you run it since ?

just ran sfc/scannow zero issues......also i just played pga18 4rounds without crash....just gonna put up with it when it happens....thx for all the help

I have not only uninstalled Steam and Perfect Golf but a few weeks ago did a complete reinstall/refresh of my entire PC because I was frustrated with the game freezes, resumes and undeserved penalty shots. Hey I'm just an average golfer as it is LOL
Things have been better since then, at least until yesterday when I had 2 game freezes in PG Classics - no need to remove the penalties Mark cos I had pretty ordinary rounds anyhow,
Hopefully I won't see any more for a long while.

had another krazy one this morning. after hitting the ball on a drive from the tee my player stopped at the end of his swing
and just stood there and nothing happened I even heard the club striking the ball but then nothing. I had to rehit with my swing starting at the end of the first swing. if anyone has any kind of open communication with PP would you please ask them to reboot their server. I think some of the little issues may be resolved with a reboot.
