I've tried restarting Steam but still the same. Will wait until morning to see if Steam updates again.

Yes still the same here. The only current issues are that there are no players in the PG Lobby and in-game chat doesn't work. The friends list still works and PGLS tournies are all working correctly and recording as before.

not sure has anything to do with this but just lately playing even solo games seems to be huge drain on my system...laptops running very hot using alot more power even plugged in the battery takes a hit...would chat be the first to go if pc's were struggling?...

i think maybe better broadband players can still play as normal, if hot....and slower speeds cant
