In its current format we are forcing a set level for all players regardless of their current PGLS level.

It is this that will be changed in the first instance. Not sure what you are driving at about the courses but we do try to vary them as much as possible.

My comment regarding the course Karen, was really only to infer the difficulty of the course could be added into the Cut. Karen is one of those courses where in terms of rating a difficulty between 1-10, it could sit as high as 6 or 7/10. So, if the difficulty level was applied to courses using a 1-10 scale, the Cut could be varied regarding the difficulty too. At present, the Tourney settings only allow a Cut of the percentage of the field. If a course difficulty of 7+ was used for an Open, then perhaps in those instances, the Cut could be raised (or lowered).

I'm simply throwing ideas around.... it wasn't really a discussion, but thought I'd throw my pennys worth in.

The new format is certainly interesting, now we have our own levels of difficulty to play using. So I'm looking forward to seeing how that develops..!
