Okay this requires you to open REGEDIT ...
Once in REGEDIT go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Perfect Parallel\Perfect Golf
What entries / values have you got under it?

They should be as follows. The height and width resolutions are wrong on yours. Here is mine ...
Change the height and width resolutions to match.
