Exit out of PG, then restart Steam. Go back into PG and see if it shows now.

You are on the Continental Tour. What tournament are you expecting for week 1?
Make sure you have current course versions for what you are expecting to play.

Send Mark a PM in the morning. I think you may have a unique "only Mark can fix" type problem.

I switched to the American Tour for week 1 (Pineapple Lodge Golf & Spa).
Checked my course directory and I appear to have the correct version but I have deleted it anyhow and am currently downloading it again
Will let you know how it goes

Deleted the Pineapple Lodge files
Downloaded and installed them again
Exited Perfect Golf
Exited Steam
Restarted them both but still nothing

I'm out of ideas for now. Send this to Mark in the AM. We'll get you going somehow.
