Players should be mindful when arranging matches as players are spread far and wide across the globe and therefore across many time zones.

Players may find it useful to take a look at the following page ...

http://pgls.golfladders.co.uk/forums/worldclocks.php

As an example ...

1AM Los Angeles (PST) - 4AM New York (EST) - 9AM London (BST) - 6PM Sydney (AEST)

Matches concerning European/US Players should where possible be scheduled around

1PM PST - 4PM EST - 9PM BST - 10PM CET

Matches concerning Australasian players should where possible be scheduled around

8AM PST - 11AM EST - 4PM BST - 5PM CET - 11PM AET

If any of your matches end up being halved after 18 holes, PG will continue on to Sudden Death. There is nothing PGLS can do to stop this.

You do not have to play the Sudden Death holes as they don't count for anything and the Captains / Vice-Captains would of already been informed by PM after the 18th hole completed that the match was halved.

If for any reason players are having issues during a match please let your Captain / Vice-Captains know the details.

If they cannot resolve it the Captain / Vice-Captains must let me know as soon as possible.

Please note that all match results are sent as a PM to Captains, Vice-Captains and myself.

However the result is not automatically added to the Leaderboard in case of any issues. It is therefore important that Captains or Vice-Captains inform me asap via PM if there are any issues with the result / match.
