Well I never had that but it would be nice if you explained how to those who do have this overlay in game

In Discord the Game Overlay is found in Settings (Cog bottom left), ACTIVITY SETTINGS, Game Overlay.
The default seems to be SHIFT + ` but I couldn't get it to work in Perfect Golf.

I didnt want it....not sure why it started to work and it moved to the bottom right(over meter) by itself which was very distracting....glad its off

I noticed on mine it was set at /
