Completed hole 9 with a -6 its stuck on resume and i cant get it to end the round

Can I assume you have tried to complete the round?

If you have I can roll your resume back to the 9th tee.

No I didnt get the message but the resume still doesnt clear I was playing with Dave duvail when it locked up I got a post screen and it wouldnt continue when I resume he is on the green and if I kick him it locks up

David Duvail has completed Round 3. The resume you are seeing would include David Duvail so won't complete unless you get David Duvail to join the game (this won't affect his recorded Round 3 score) and then try to complete. If that doesn't work then I will have to completely remove your round and you will need to play Round 3 again.
