I can't access nd public tourneys and I limited to only the default courses, Can someone please tell me what I may be doing wrong.

That sounds like a connectivity issue Gary.

When the PP servers go down you can only access the default courses. I just checked though and all seems well at PP.

The issue is that IP routing for certain providers is failing along its series of connections to PP's servers.

This is affecting different people in different ways and is irrespective of geographical location. It is all dependent on which internet node your provider is using to route data.
