I cannot access any tournaments and I only have default courses even though I downloaded all courses available.
There seems to be a lot of this going on at the moment. Try the following, checking the game after each one tried ...
1. Close Steam then re-start it.
2. Restart your broadband router.
3. Reboot your computer.
