Nice enough course, terrible fps though. On hole 14 I was getting 45 fps, Georgia Pines is a nightmare by most peoples standards, but even that course I average 105-110 fps.

Just wondering what sort of monitor you are running John?

Mine has a refresh rate of 60 Mhz, and so anything over that figure for me is just unnecessary processing done by the video card which a 60 frames refresh will never show. I limit mine with V-Sync for that reason.

I have a Asus PB278Q 27-Inch 2560x1440 Monitor with a refresh rate of 60 Mhz. For me anyway its not what I see, its how smooth my mouse runs. And the higher the fps the smoother it becomes. For this reason I don't use V-Sync, although sometime back I did use RivaTuner to set my fps ( because I found it more accurate then V-Sync ) But now days I don't use anything, and even set the graphics in the game to achieve the highest possible fps ( within reason ) This is just how I like to play, and not to deter others from their beliefs.
