why can i play a pgls match?

when i go to toutny, i keep gettin wrong statis

I did ask if you could come to Meet & Greet so we could talk 'live' to sort it out.
Drop in during your morning and you will normally find either myself or Mark around to help you with your issue. Leaving it until your late afternoon or evening usually means we have called it a day, and it is the middle of our night.
Do that and we can help you.
