Using the mentioned elsewhere different kind of handicap based on player performance against Joe Average:

There will be a monthly competition for PGA 9, PGA 18, Stableford, Tuff Stuff which will give a winner for each comp played over 4 weeks each month. Points are simply awarded for your net of Handicap position provided you completed the event with the more people playing, the more points on offer eg:
40 people play, 1st gets 41pts, 2nd - 40pts, 3rd - 39pts etc, etc
20 people play, 1st gets 21pts, 2nd - 20pts...you get the idea.
These scores are added together along with the monthly Open to give an overall Monthly Winner.
Will run to coincide with PGLS Seasons, starting with the Events commencing on Friday 1st September, with this week being a final Test week to make sure everything is in order.
