Not sure if anyone else is getting these, but here are two recent game freezes when your ball goes into a hazard. These two occurred on Sapphire Lake in the recent PGA 18 tourney. In both cases, the ball was inside the hazard but not in the water, therefore playable. We normally get a "Play as it lies" option, without penalty, for these and proceed with our next shot. But in these two cases, the screen froze as the pics show, and after waiting 10 minutes, I had to Ctl-Alt-Delete out of golf since no other keys were working while frozen. Of course, in both cases when resuming, it puts you back on the tee with a penalty stroke. I've had this happen on other courses but usually when the ball goes into the water... but now the freeze seems to be anything within the hazard, even when playable. That would seem to mean that the problem is in the programming where the Hazard pop up/options is being called.
Also, notice on the overhead shots that my player is imbedded in the green at the flag. (**The F5 key was the only key that functioned during the lock up, so I was able to zoom up and take these overhead shots.)
Anyone else experiencing this type of lock up?

I am noticing something odd about how your player is shown in views two and three.

I have had one other report of a hang like this, but the issue seemed to centre around the player using a controller and not getting post-shot options.

Sapphire Lake had a fairly recent update (Wed Jan 31, 2018 9:19 pm) and played pretty well beforehand. I will see if anyone has posted more widely about any issues with drops since then.


EDIT: Your penalties have been removed.

Mike, in a few previous hangs like this on other courses I had noticed the same position of my player, embedded in the green. I only found that by accident when I hit the F5 key and got free roam... that was the only key that worked but it only worked once. Once I exited F5, it would no longer engage a second time.
