I assumed you meant PGA 18 and have reset Round 3 for both of you.

Still unable to proceed with round. Game shows kevin still disconnected on 1st tee.

I don't have any resumes for either of you in Round 3 of the PGA 18.

Make sure you don't hit any of the "Resume" methods. If in doubt close PG and re-open it.
