Landed in right side greenside bunker on 18 and player is buried waist deep in sand. I am unable to advance the ball from this condition, so I cannot complete the round. What can I do?

Yeah I'm stuck in 4 feet of sand in the same bunker. Nothing gets me out. Am running the correct version of the course.

Vainte, could you please post your position via a screenshot in the bunker.

As we can't selectively move you back a single shot or single hole (we only have your recorded progress) I will assess both of you gentlemen as scoring with an up-and-down from that location. The only other alternative is a full replay of the round unfortunately. This is why I will need the screenshot to be able to give you the correct score with an up-and-down.

Arsam, I have done this for you, assessing you a +4 round. Please let me know if this acceptable.

Gentlemen, could I also ask you to post your screenshots and brief explanation to the following topic. As they are also using the course most likely on the other tour provider site, there should be plenty of voices who are saying the same thing.

I have taken a full survey of the bunker and will also post.

Thanks Mike, the +4 final score is acceptable to me. I greatly appriciate your help. I have forwarded my screenshot to Quade (skunky) via email and he has responded that he is addressing the problem.

Scored with a 73 (+1) for Round 3 and able to advance onwards to final round.

Got stuck in the same bunker, ended up with a +26 on that hole after finally getting out hitting backwards. Was -1 heading into that hole and ended up shooting a 93, LOL. There is an opening in the sand blanket, but need the perfect trajectory to clear the lip and stay under the sand blanket. what finally worked was a 52 lofted full swing, almost made it to the tennis courts.

Score now corrected. Please if it happens just follow the advice given in the PM and supply the screenshot and we will close out the round.
