I like to use tournaments as a way to try out courses I might not ever play and Skillz is a great little tourney but... Outer Island Links again? If I'm not mistaken this is at least the 3rd time for this course in the last few months. With so many courses to choose from I'm just wondering why?

Whilst you may assume there are so many courses able to be used, in fact we are limited to just those that use Challenge tees. Additionally, of those that include challenge tees, a number are unsuitable for our Skillz event because you cannot reach the green from the position of the Challenge tees, leading to an automatic penalty of -250 points on that hole. In reality, we actualy have around 30 courses to pick from which are suitable. Hopefully more courses will be produced that do fit what we need and I can vary it up more.

Outer Island this week is one such course as one of the holes, although you can get out of the bunker, getting to the green is like 99.99999999% impossible.

I didn't include challenge pins on my course as I didn't think and somehow I have lost the relevant files so that I can go back and include that option !!

However, 30 courses is a good number and I am sure more will follow.
