Have played several ladder matches in the past week or so in which the match is never recorded at PGLS...has happened to at least three of us that I know of. Does not always occur, but often enough to be a nuisance?

We can confirm there are issues with ladder matches not being recorded. Some are though which is making tracing the problem very difficult.
