When does the next season start? Do you do the handicapping too for lower level players and noobs mid season or at the start of next season? Do the points include the JNPG torneys as well as MP games?

The new season starts next Friday (Autumn).

Handicaps are given at all PGLS Levels at any time. You just need to have played 24 qualifying rounds as shown in your profile ...
