Can we please have a Minimum/Maximum Handicap in Classics? Maybe -5+5.....or is this not easy to do?

It can be done yes but it's something we need to look into.

and in the leagues please.

the whole handicap and level system needs revising. No one should be allowed to move up a level unless their score average allows it. there is a guy playing at pro level and shooting way high score and he has a handicap of +23 thats just plain silly. if people want to play at a level they are not good enough to do then play in practice at that higher level. in the league the same level players when playing each other should both be on 0 handicap and a restricted handicap should only come into play when different levels are playing one another in my view.
