Game, Set, Match

Looks like I don't have to waste my time playing the PGA 18 this week. I see Step shot -16 in the first round alone. If I play flawless golf I wouldn't shoot -16 for ALL 4 ROUNDS COMBINED. Does everyone enjoy playing knowing you have absolutely no chance of even coming near the leaders?

Yes, I still enjoy it. I ignore the top 4 or 5 usual suspects.

I still enjoy it......those are some very easy conditions and alot of players are scoring low.......just play your own game.......dont not play a tourney because someone else shoots low......good luck

I play to enjoy the course and to push my game to the limits. English Turn is a very enjoyable course, I'll never reach the hieghts of Step and a few others but theres lots of room for improvent in my game, I look to play better than a few players of my own standard and if I can do that then all good

Yea Paul nobody is going to beat Step, i got that out of my head a long time ago, i am happy with just competing to achieve a top 5 placement, my goal is around -10 a rd for 18 but as u know golf that always wont happen, but the real goal is to just have fun and enjoy. Ty all :joy:

Almost as bad as the PGA 9 this week. Affo has -11 for 9 holes in the 3rd round alone. I have -10 for the first 3 rounds total. I'm so excited to play the last round. NOT

i personal ignore these "TOP 5" because i don't think they play serious golf. maybe some time pgls will find a solution how some players could be selected as unfair sportsmen. i personal won't believe that this "TOP" Golfers can play on every setting and every course week by week such unreal results, but this is only my personal view on them.

Regarding the Top 5 -

As I mentioned earlier I usually ignore the top 5 on the leaderboard. However, my playing partner in pairs, NibNob, is one of those I consider top 5, he is always up there close to the top. In addition to pairs we play 95% of the PGA 18 rounds online together. I can 100% attest to the fact that he is totally legit and all around fine player but an especially good putter. He is also a class act.

The idiot loser that has been publically calling people on this tour cheaters, even naming names in the PG lobby needs to stop. It gives PGLS a bad name and it is undeserved.

One hack's opinion,

Perc

I hope you are not talking about me. I never said anyone was cheating. I was commenting on the ridiculous scores that I have no chance of coming close to as Tour Pro. I hardly had a chance shooting as Pro. I'm sure there are cheaters in this game as in every game being played everywhere. Why would this be any different. The impossible scores I see make the game less appealing to me and less fun to play. It would be like telling a sports team before they get start their season that they aren't going to make it to the playoffs. Where is the incentive to play knowing you are not going to be anywhere near the leader board?

No, he's not as far as I am aware.
