Hole 9 has a problem with the cup. The ball dropped in and popped out.

I respectfully disagree.

First, let me say that The Old Course is one of my favorites and I think RobC did a fantastic job. Its is a pure joy to play and I am in no way calling him out. It is one of my top 10 favorite courses

Second, balls popping out of the cup can be due a design issue. I am not saying that is not a game issue, but there are plenty of courses that have suffered from the issue only to have it corrected.
