just sick and tired of the mess pg have made of this game and courses that are not tested before release. playing divisions on the 2nd i hit 2 invisible trees and distances all wrong on the 3rd. after that just gave up and finished the game with my playing partner. PG have replaced errors with bigger errors instead of correcting the initial error. Pg has become a great advert for The Golf Club and if that game had 3 click many many more than that have already gone to that game would go to. this post will get bad reviews by some but i dont care about that. I dont go into the M&G much now (because its dead) so i will miss most of the negative comments.

pg haven't been updating for the pc side for ages, as for courses, there are some issues for sure, but thank goodness we have people that take the time and effort to create them. so there may be a few collision issues, must be very time consuming to check every possible problem that could exist over 18 holes?

better than planting your head in the sand. and pg have made changes but just not stated what they are we all know that.

big thing i don't understand is it would be so easy for TGC to put in 3c
there is already a meter in the game they would only need to put in the code for 3c and change the meter to fit it, maybe next edition.

TGC will never put 3C in the game and for a few reasons. First they sell on PC Xbox one and PS4 and two of those don't have a mouse so they would have to develop separate for PC. Second the players like myself who play there are content with controller and are not going back so why do it. I have said this in many threads that this is the last golf game that will ever use 3C so as long as it's up and running people will who use 3C have a place to play. I am now out of action for a month as I am heading to Maine but I played the TPC-CC-Am event and finished my four rounds before I left and with four days left 153 players were entered which I didn't know that many were playing on the PC side but I was wrong. On the consoles you might see ten times that entered and that is their real bread and butter but still 153 is a good field.

I acKnowledge that the game is not dealing with many issues that should have been fixed and that unless PG2 comes along things wont change. The thing is we cant do a thing about it.
I enjoy the game still and am still able to raise my standard of play, so I have resolved to get on with it and make the most of what we have got. Terry you are not happy unless you have something to moan about, you cant finish any game without having a moan. PG is not for every one and some have left to try something else, thats being positive so Terry if your not happy with what you have got do something else rather than spoil the fun for everyone else. That advice goes to anyone else whos not happy anymore playing PG.

I was referring more on the rant about the courses than the game itself. That is what we have until it stops.

Designers do their best and some oddities do get through, having a whinge about it is not good and only discourages from others maybe having a go if they can look forward to forum bashing should they miss a collider or 2!

im sure the designers do it for their on pleasure as well like you doing stats
