after looking through other TP players handicaps this system make little to no sense to me
people who have a higher avg have bigger handicaps then i do,some folks with lower avgs then me have
the same or smaller handicaps. is this system broke?

The Classic started before the latest change in handicaps Dave. These are updated each Thursday night.

Also, only certain events are counted, if a player hasn't played in any counting events for a while, it might not reflect their current scoring average. Don't forget, your best and worst scores over the last 24 rounds are ignored, so average score maybe different in relation to the scores used to determine handicap.

that has nothing to do with my question and i was not speaking about the classics tourney
i noticed the change on mine while playing the Caddyshack tourney. hell looking further into it im even getting more confused
i see Domino is back i will use him as an example now he betters my avg by .11 and he has a -6 handicap i'm lost with this im tied in the TP ranks with another fellow and his is -3 where mine is -2 how could this be right we both have the same avg?
should we not have the same handicap also?

ok Dave, thanks for clarifying it was Caddyshack, I plumped for the other handicap event sorry.

Domino's scoring average 0.11 better than yours I take it is from the stats page which by default is for ALL of 2019. The handicap only looks at your last 24 rounds in the counting events. You will see big differences if your comparing year long average with a current handicap.

Hope that helps.
