I read that the Ladders are up and running again. not sure if its possible to start on yet because I cant see Lobby to sign up for game?

There is no lobby, the same as WGTLS for the ladders.

was in PGLS at the same time as Makosha today and we tried to set up a stroke ladder game but wouldnt set up, was it because I am Am and Makosha is Pro. If you can only play at same lvl player wont this make it difficult for some players to get a game wilst only a few members

Yes I agree. It may be beneficial to start a "Combined" ladder where all tiers can play at. I will look into it.

Would it not be better if a player could play both the combined ladder and another of his/her choice, for example I would like to play Pro ladder but would like the option to play the combined ladder if a pro player isn't available.

Well, yes this can be done. I will see how things pan out before looking into it.
