Arcadia Bluffs 3DG by BadEddieKit has been added to the PGLS Courses database ...

to me this version looks like there may be a lighting issue as around the greens seem to have what i will call a washed out look
i also notice a lot of blue tinting in this course, not sure if it is me or the course, but i have noticed this in a lot of courses recently
i think it has something to do with either the 3dg or maybe the new pano's designers are using just not sure. but i go back and look at the older courses and i don't see it.

I cannot play this course due to lag. I checked it against other 3DG courses in my course folder. Thought the designer might need to know this.

Same story here. Frame rates are much lower than usual and even worse for the person who joined (FPS at some points in the single digits for them). I'm wondering if it has to do with a large forested area near the beginning of the back 9 with what looks to be all 3d trees. If they are 3D, the majority should be switched to 2D as they're pretty far from the fairway.

Same here - tried to play the course to rate it but from Hole 1 I knew it was going to be a struggle, so aborted the round...

Sorry to say that this course plays horribly at RTS even with the latest patch released by Tamuchan over @ OGT. The first tee was in the low 20s and barely improved with the patch. Much shimmering in the scenes as well. Overall look is not too bad but Arcadia has serious issues with playability.
