Week 1

I played this course several times and it played great; tonight however the meter was all over the place. Missed 2 close putts because of a meter slide just as I hit the snap, zoom it goes to the right lol.

I was wondering if anyone else had a skipping meter ? (Maha Toka)
If so I'll have to take down the "Course Notes" on the courses page. I don't want to mislead anyone with my notes on course play.

Anyway it was tuff putting round 1 pins :good:

Same here - both rounds had stuttering meter, even with PoR turned on. Not a big deal in Calm winds, but small misses in Strong winds is very frustrating.

This course is a challenge for sure. Pins were definitely iffy for round 1. The attached shot I was about 90 yards from the green. As you will see the ball hit a tree and rolled back over 100 yards. Not too realistic.

no problems with the meter here at all. the issue I have with this course is this tour is supposed to mirror the PGA tour.
with all the real courses we have in this game, why was a fantasy course used. I know you did not set it up this way Alan as you and charlie jumped in to save this comp, and I thank you guys greatly but when putting together next year's courses you may want to think about leaving the fantasy courses out of this comp.

I just played a quick few holes and the course played great, no meter issues.

Why does this happen ?

maybe it could be because there are not many people playing at this time of the day
compared to later in the day US time there are only 29 people on and later in the day US time there are anywhere from 70 to 100
most of the time. just a guess of course but I have noticed fewer issues in the early hours US time.

Thanks Dave,

I was inclined to stop my first round and continue the next day but I kept going.
I had the same thoughts as you but my playing time is always in the evening (est) Rats!

Just a follow up. I played I think the Survivor round just after and my meter was fine. :hmmm:

Of course, if you didn't want to play the fantasy course, you could have made it a guest week and played the other Tour?

really not the point, the point is if this tour is supposed to mirror the PGA, then the fantasy courses should be left out
with the count of real courses, there are we should keep this all being played on REAL courses.
