And I don't know why,

It downloads as normal but when it gets to 99% it stops. Now I have had this problem before but it was years ago and I've forgotton what I did.
Can anyone help.

I would try a different browser but not Internet Explorer eg Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge.
