It is much more enjoyable AND realistic because you are playing completely with muscle and feel, as close to real golf (on a computer) as it gets!
If you can win a tournament playing RTSM, that is much more satisfying than playing an amateur computer game!

I'll agree to it being more realistic.

I don't think you realize that many of us started with 3clicking 20 years ago. We have learned the nuances of a 3click meter. We consider this to be a computer game, not a golf simulation. Another consideration that I don't think you realize. Some people cannot move their muscles in their mouse-hand or arm very well. A 3click swing meter requires just the fingers which is all some players have to work with.

This type of exclamation has been seen hundreds of times in forums (after) mouse motion appeared on the scene in 1998-1999.

Enjoy your swing method and don't worry about the swing method others use. I play Tour Pro. I am happy whenever I am in the top 20 in any given tournament. So should you be happy if you can do that with your experience and skills.

As much as I enjoy RTSM it's tough to play but without 3C a lot of players just couldn't play and we have to have it for full fields. Yes RTS is the future and we all know that but right now it's not and most of us play for fun and not to be the top of the leaderboard. When my new laptop gets here today I will switch back to 3C for this game and I still have the controller for TGC2019. May I suggest you pick a few rivals and make them your competition each week and try to best their score not the top of the leaderboard. In the end it's just entertainment and the more the merrier.

I play what is (in my opinion) the perfect meld of RTS and 3C...that being motion swing. Has the meter like 3C, but good tempo is mandatory for accuracy just like RTS. I will eventually go to RTS, but happy here for now.

Motion Swing at Tour Pro is the way for me. Plenty hard enough!
Strangely, we have a regular 4some of which one team are 3c and me and my pard are MS - usually averages out fairly even.

I have been playing this game for several months now and find the motion swing to be realistic, challenging, and fun. I would assume when the game came out that most players tried the motion swing but left it for click. I'm suprised how few players use this swing. Maybe as another posted it's due to the inability to physically move their arms/wrists with any consistency.

OK guys, the reason I posted this in the first place was to maybe try and encourage a few players who consistently shoot ridiculous scores all the time to maybe try something a little harder, more realistic and nearer to reality. It is only my opinion of course, but shooting more realistic scores playing the game properly is more satisfying than hitting every fairway, every green and holing every putt all the time, not to mention that when you see such ridiculous scores before hitting your 1st shot knowing that you have no chance of catching them is for me a little sole destroying! Just imagine being the only person in the world to have a magic ball that went twice as far and twice as easily as everyone else's. Firstly, you would eventually become bored and go find something else, and secondly, all the other players knowing they had no chance would also go look for something else - result no game to play anymore. Just my thoughts and opinions!
