penalty round 3 PGA 9

Round 3, finished last hole with par but round would not close out fully to main screen. Waited and eventually did but to show Resume on round three (not resume/end round, just resume). It returned me to tee of hole 9, not last shot. I then took a 5 (my fault, of course) but then noticed I was allocated a 1 stroke penalty also. Noticed game/PGLS site was very sluggish around this time - about 4.40pm UK time. Any connection? Anything I can do next time to avoid this happening? Cheers, Joe.
