That's the trouble with games like PG.
Lower end PC's can't cope with the graphics even on the lowest settings in game, giving major stutter to the swing meter. There is the obvious answer of replacing said PC with a new one but that isn't always possible.
PS Please don't post forum topics in all CAPS. It looks horrible and is deemed shouting.

Try motion swing horizontal Terry on amateur at first, meter stutter doesn't happen as its your hand motion that moves the meter, its quite easy I use it now, a bit more difficult on pro however.

no difference m8, its all down to your personal hand speed and preference, however when I use it my mouse only moves a few inches,if you need any help on settings let me know.

In the end, to enjoy Perfect Golf your computer needs to be at minimum: "
mid level gaming quality". What does that mean?
Examples:
Video Card or On-board Video Module
nVidia GTX 750ti to GTX 960 video card. Or, ATI Radeon R9 380
http://gpuboss.com/gpus/Radeon-R9-380-v ... ce-GTX-960
CPU
AMD A8 6410 or Intel i5 4200U

Just match the CPU to a motherboard socket.
If you have the money to build a high-end, mid-level gaming machine, here are my components:
