I need a reset on hole 15 Rd4 of the American Tour.

My tee shot found water and the only rehit option was to retake the tee shot (fair ruling of distance and stroke).
It ended up placing me behind the tee box with a non-advanceable lie. Had to exit the game. A resume did nothing to help.

Reset to the tee shot (I should be hitting 3), and add the 2 stroke penalty to my result, please.
