PGLS Tours Dell Match Play Cup

So I had this idea to put together a Dell Match Play Cup for the PGLS Tours event # 12 this week. This would be similar to the Divisions Gold & Silver Cup format, i.e. reusing scores from the WGC event # 12 this coming week to populate a knockout cup format as a separate trophy. This would be a once per year event tied to the Dell Match Play tournament. No additional work is needed from players, just get your first 3 rounds in early so group play can progress.
The Career standings (top 64) after the finish of the Honda Classic is used for seeding purposes. If you're in the top 64 and don't want to participate respond in this thread and I'll set your scores to 100 (for the Cup only).
The tournament format uses both group play and match play knockout rounds.
The round robin phase uses rounds 1, 2, and 3 to determine a winner of each of the 16 groups. The groups are formed based on seeding numbers related to the player's Career points position just prior to this tournament. Players not finishing a round are scored at 100 strokes. Tie breakers are 1) total stroke for the first 3 rounds, then 2) lowest seed (giant killer). I used stroke format because I didn't want to scan in 256 (4 x 64) score cards to do a full match play format. This grid shows each of the group play rounds pairings.
There are 4 knockout rounds, so I will reuse scorecards from rounds 1 to 4 to do a match play format. Tie breaker is lowest seed (giant killer). I only have to scan 30 score cards for this, so it's not too daunting. ***Group play only progresses when all 6 matches of the group are completed ( first 3 rounds). Play your first 3 rounds as soon as you can, please. Sunday is a good target date for the first 3 rounds.
I'll try and update the scores once per day, with updates being posted here.
Have fun with this...
