Paul, I don't always play this tourney and jumped in today and I am playing with no handicap
I believe I should be being charged 6 strokes per round as my regular handicap is that you may want to adjust my score
as I don't have an issue with you doing that, after all, it is only fair.

Dave, it looks like you have just signed up to the PG Classics tourney so your handicap will be set to 0 for this period hence why you are also in the Non Assessed section.

The next time it starts your handicap will be used and you will appear in the main leaderboard.

just seems funny though Mark since I won this tourney in January
and I played with a 6 handicap for that tourney.
