May be an idea to get the course indexes sorted out so that it can be added to the PG Classics handicap tourney.

New beta below with 3dgrass and indexes. Please give me some feedback on performance as I am averaging 100 fps throughout with RTX2070super, so I dont think there should be many performance issues. Would love to hear thoughts on the course. I have more in pipeline!
