On par 5 15th, teed to dry rough area but within hazard line. Expected to get "as it lies" option but froze with no options. Quit and resumed and placed back on tee. Scored 4 on this par five and was given -1 one for hole. Expected to have penalty shot added at end of round as usual but none applied. Score for this round should be -14 not -15 as shown.
