Barford Waters..........another unfinished track....looks an plays terribly....PGA18 deserves better.....i wont be finishing.....pitty

you know Mark there are a bunch of courses that don't play well that should be left out of use for tourneys.
the problem is how do you decide which courses should not be used and with so many people playing with differing opinions on courses
I have always thought that only real courses should be used for tourneys and some of the real courses are not that good and have issues.
problem was there were never any standards laid down as to what could be published. and someone or group to check them out before publication
too late to try and fix now. just a shame how PP threw this game out there and never cared too much about what happened after that.
as it is still the best golf title out there. just looked there are 307 real courses with more than likely 50 that I believe should not be used.
Please no one take this the wrong way as for fantasy courses there are some good fantasy courses that play well and resemble real courses which are great but there are many of the fantasy courses that are built to defeat the player.

I hope you remember to consult NobNob next time you are picking the courses.

you know Briso everyone is entitled to their opinions and I believe they should be able to post their thoughts about courses
but with posts like yours above it has turned people off to offering their opinions, really too bad there are only a few of us out here
willing to speak our minds when we come upon things we don't care for. this is the main reason you don't see more true opinions here
and it is just a shame that some wish to put down the folks willing to give their true opinions. but then again I do understand some maybe posters should watch how they title a post. would have been much better if Mark just would have titled his post " this weeks course, or Barford Waters"
rather then garbage course.

Mark, I appreciate your comments and glad you voiced your opinion. Can you go into more detail on what you don't like about the course. I thought it was challenging and found no real issues.

ok...ive had a few so beers(Smiths) so bare with me as i try to explain.....Briso(Terry) has it right you should consult me before picking courses as i am the only fair judge(based on time served) to fairly judge if a course is right.......lol.....anyone else agree?....no?...what a t*t.....lol......JOKE

Hi Alan.....more on what i dont like.....in real life and just like in this game i like the vision to be able to see what trees are in my way...and not just pop up after ive hit my shot.....anyone else see the invisible/visible tree just appear like magic? after your shot...poor rendering......there are sooo many good courses out there and i know we have played them before but id rather play good tracks than poor ones.....

if setters need help in selecting courses just ask, ill be more than willing to test tracks...........

but if setters are just wanting to play any old shite because it hasnt been played in a while then im out....play only proper courses or im done....
