PG 18 Tournament

Today in morning i played the full second round with a minus 4. When i look on PGLS Side i saw the round wouldn't count? Now is can play from Hole 17 to resume and finished with minus 3 but i got a Malus on Hole 17 and that's not about my Play it's about the Issue that my full Round at Morining wouldn't count. Please fix my Result. Thy
