Copperhead = Innisbrook - Copperhead - Copperhead, Palm Harbor, Florida
Ferry Point = Trump Golf Links at Ferry Point
Florida Glades = TPC Sawgrass, Jacksonville, Florida
Florida Palms Blue = Blue Monster, Doral, Florida
Gary Player GC = Sun City, North West Province, RSA
Georgia Pines = Augusta National, Augusta, Georgia
Highlands = Sunday River GC, Newry, Maine
Illinois CC = Conway Farms, Lake Forest, Illinois

The Old Course = St. Andrews (Old Course)
Trapmont = Oakmont, Plum, Pennsylvania
Westhaven North = Wentworth West, Virginia Water, England, UK

Is The Old Course actually St. Andrews (Old Course)? If so, it should probably be on this list.

There are lots more. For example:
Ferry Point is Trump Golf Links at Ferry Point
angc is Augusta National Golf Course (not the Skunky ones)

Plus many more where the designer was too lazy to put the entire name of the course for the in-game name, or put the name with a date, such as Augusta 2020 which is not the real name of the course. Or LeBordes Golf Club, where the real name is LeBordes Estate, plus many more.

Agreed. I've now updated the list.

Originally designers were prevented from using the real name of courses for legal reasons, hence the naming. This seems to have dissipated though recently.
