Teed off on this hole landed in bunker on right level with pin and then played 8 shots that moved 11 inches to get out. Playes full shots as well as splash shots but no difference gone 11 inches on average. WTF

How ironic! Hole 16 round 2, took 5 or 6 shots inching along to get out of that same bunker. Had I not looked at new posts today I would have just accepted the results. Considering it happened to several of us it's got to be a course-glitch.

Yes, looks like Mark needs to add this problem to the notes.

Bunker is malformed. Anyone hitting the ball in that area of the bunker will see their ball go underneath the top layer of sand making it almost impossible to hit out ...

I would think a reset would be in order.

Any player who has completed the round and been affected by this hole 16 bunker issue risks getting a worse round or yet again putting the ball in the same bunker.

An alternative could be to just put all scores down as a par for Hole 16, for those who landed in the green side bunker and couldn't get out.
