Create a game problem

Wanted to create a solo 9 so I could practice.Won't change from PGLS 9.I've done this many times before-what am I doing wrong?
Here is another strange thing.When I use Windows +G to capture the screen it doesn't even show me opening the pull down menu!

PS Also PM's don't appear to be going anywhere.Not in my outbox or sent box. Weird.

Nope the CAG bug had nothing to do with Private Messaging.

I sent you (twice) PM's about the create a game problem.Neither is in my outbox or sent box.

I've not received any PM's from you. Private Messaging is working fine as I receive them everyday, not too surprisingly.
So you know when you submit a PM it sits in the "Outbox" until it is read by the recipient, when it is then moved to "Sent messages". This is in contrast to sending an email.

Nothing to do with CAG, but twice in the last three months I sent PMs to Mwh65 that disappeared in the same manner as tanman05851 describes.
