Missed snap a sliver to the right, so the spin should toss it to the right. Nope, it spins to the LEFT and goes backwards 158 yards! Soft/Normal. All shots to a "normal green" have to be hit as much as 10-15% less because they RUN like no other greens on earth. So you play it short, and you get a SOFT fairway that stops it dead. A five dot 3 wood should carry 250 yards. Shaking my head.

im lucky if my 5 dot 3w goes 220yards.....and your shot is 34ft uphill.......maybe a 12 6 5wood.....defo better to go long than short on this hole

I misspoke in my original post. A 5 dot 3 wood should carry 240, not 250. So if you look at my shot set up you see that the real distance was 223 yards, plus 10 or 11 for the 37 ft elevation. 223 because the green will still run downhill and remember, its "normal" LMAO Not even 240. The 240 should have carried. In fact, the 209 carry that I got is just bogus. Random, like a lot of this game.

All I see by watching the swing meter is a poorly executed shot - nowhere near hard enough for the distance stopping the swing just after 11 o'clock - nothing to do with the game, all to do with the player

We'll, you're an idiot. The shortness of the shot may not have a thing to do with the game, but the backlslide of 158 yards sure as hell does. That would not happen on any golf course in the world, except your mini putt game that you have in the backyard. And before you spout off about the backspin at Augusta, those are all on approach shots with irons from 120 yards and in.

Another thing to take under consideration is you were on an uphill slope. Then you added 3 Degrees of loft increasing the launch angle even more which probably resulted in the additional distance loss. I would be trying to figure out what could of went wrong instead of blaming the game for screwing me over.

You guys just don't get it. But its that way with all the fan boys in all games. I understand it was a bad shot. I get it. But the back slide 158 yards? How is that on me? There is no place on any golf course on earth where that would happen.

It was unrealistic that the ball rolled back that far. Never would have in real golf. I understand your frustration and you wanting to vent.
