Some Constructive Criticism

I have never commented on a course here, and I am reluctant to do so now. I am a designer and I know how much time you can spend on a course. Complaints are not what you want to hear when you release one. But Fox Chapel needs some finishing touches to be tournament ready. The course is in need of a lot of smoothing on the tees and the greens. The fourteenth tee is essentially slanted sideways. On hole number 5, I hit my drive, landed in the fairway and discovered that portion of the fairway runs straight down into the hazard on the left. I have no objections to placing hazards near the fairway. But the lack of smoothing and leveling in this particular area causes well hit shots that land in the fairway and are not headed for the hazard to turn and run down into the hazard. To add insult to injury, I took my drop and it put me over 1100 yards away. See the attached picture.
I think Fox Chapel is a good layout. And I don't think it would take much work to remedy these problems. So I hope this post will be taken as constructive criticism, and not any sort of rant.
