Because they never finished the game. Why the fuk can we not have an unplayable lie? Same reason.

What whattashot said. We are totally stuck with all of the features (both good and bad) that this game has because it has been abandoned by PP. Hence, no devs to bitch to or to fix broken aspects. I would have thought everyone that plays this game realized that by now...LOL.
