Is It Windows 11?

Been having periodic issues with PG when I use my Windows 11 computer. Never have this issue with my windows 10 computer. Both are desktops. With Windows 11 sometimes it just leaves the game and goes to desktop and a few times goes to a page that says error and has to be rebooted. The attached is a picture of what it looked like today in the middle of a shot it went to this screen. This picture was a first. Anyone else having any issues?
Thanks,
Alan

Was playing just now and was on the tee 7th hole and went to make a phone call. When I came back screen was frozen (picture attached). Guess can't use this computer to play anymore until I find the solution.

Try running PG in Compatibility Mode. You will need to select Windows 8 as Windows 10 isn't listed.
The executable is normally in the “\Steam\steamapps\common\Perfect Golf\” folder.

Sounds like a background app that's stealing focus from the game. Could be hard to tell what. May try running Steam and PG in administrator mode. Find each executable and in its properties set to 'Run as Admin', that may keep it from losing focus.

No folder called folder. Have:
Apps
Config
Course Forge
Perfect Golf_Data
RecordedRounds
Perfect Golf
steam_api64.dll

Don't think he meant another folder after Perfect Golf.....Think he means perfect golf.exe in the folder PerfectGolf

I’ve updated my reply to include quotes.
The file you need to change compatibility on is 2nd from bottom of your list Alan. You can also "Run the program as an administrator" from the same page as Wirenut suggested.

Thanks for the picture, Mark. Made the changes now let's see if that fixes the issue.
