My ball never left the ground off the 11th tee 4th round.

Same thing happened to me. Hit a good snap drive off the tee and the ball basically just dropped in front of me.

Ended up with a bogey as a result.

The very same thing just happened to me. I've hit a good drive but the ball didn't do anything, it ended about 8centimeters off the tee.
Is there anyway this can be fixed so I can finish my 4th round?

I'm aware of the issue. Leeuw68 I've rolled your resume back to the 11th tee but let me know how it goes.

There are no notes stating any issues with this course. Did this same issue happen to all that played?

The 11th hole tee shot played from the Ladies tee is plugged ...

Notes regarding this have been added to the Royal Birkdale GC course.

I tried to use a 9 iron and my ball actually went backwards from the tee!!

Is there a way to move the position of the ball on a tee shot? If so, did anyone try this?

Nice idea and it does allow you to play the drive correctly if you move the ball ...

Yes, same "dribble" happened to both lilpoison and me on that tee. We just swore and continued on to finish the hole.
