Yesterday, I played the first round of the Stableford tourney. Today, I was about to play round 2, so I checked on the leaderboard and I wasn't there. I went into the game and noticed it said "resume" on the Stableford tag. It put me on the 18th tee, but I clearly remember playing that shot yesterday. I shrugged my shoulders and finished the hole, only to find that I was assessed a penalty stroke for, I'm assuming, playing 18 twice. How did this happen?

The same think happened to me when I played round 1 of PGLS Tours.

There were connectivity issues on Friday evening BST when PGLS was down for about an hour.

Please request a penalty stroke removal if required.

I don't see a spot where I can request a penalty removal, but it's okay. I was just curious to find out what happened.

Penalty stroke removed...for future reference use either the particular event lobby or the score correction section.

I usually just reply to the '___ score recorded' private message that gets automatically generated. Those show as from Mark so the reply goes to him.

Yep that works as well. In all cases we need to know the tourney involved of course.

I also request a penalty stroke removal.
